I. Return policy for goods

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

To maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification about exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract, refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs. We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must only bear the cost of any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or elimination

The right of withdrawal does not exist in contracts.

Reasons for profit-making

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services when the entrepreneur has fully performed the service and has only begun performing the service after the consumer has given their express consent to do so and at the same time confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
