Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the three paths?
In the configurator, you first choose size, cut and length, and then design them in the 3D configurator. With motif tricots, you add names to a fixed design. With the design service, you describe your idea and we personally review the design with you.
Can I order different sizes for a team?
Yes. Under „For our team“, each person receives their own entry. Names, sizes, jersey length and chest pocket are displayed individually in the overview and in the shopping cart.
How is the volume discount calculated?
For customizable motif T-shirts, the number of items per model is as follows: 3 % for 15 pieces, 5 for 20 pieces %, 10 for 30 pieces, % and 15 for 40 pieces. The same model’s % sizes and features are counted together. Different models are counted separately.
When will the personalized motivational t-shirts arrive?
The delivery time is 25–30 calendar days from order. No additional design approval is provided for these fixed motifs.
Can I try on sizes before ordering?
Using the size guide on the motif tights, you can put together a sample pack. It costs €15 including shipping and return. Choose the required sizes and return the package within 14 days of receiving it.
